Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12PM will be processed the following business day.

  • During high-demand seasons (sales, holidays), processing may take a little longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Expedited options may be available for an additional fee.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

  • We are happy to assist with guidance, but replacement orders cannot be issued for carrier-related issues.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.


International Shipping (if you plan to ship outside the U.S.)

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
